These rates are only available for reservations secured
through our office. Every attempt is made by our hoteliers
to accomodate special requests for room type, bed type,
and location; however due to the arrival and departure patterns
not all requests can be filled.
You will be faxed or mailed a verification letter once your request
is entered into our database. If you do not receive this letter within 14 days,
please contact us to verify receipt. After February 1st, reservations, changes & cancellations
must be made directly with the hotels within 72 hours of your check-in date.
