CERTIFICATION †
All information must be completed and signed by the artist for entry to qualify. By signing the entry form, you are attesting that:
- I am a full-time professional
craft artist who wholesales work to galleries and craft stores in the U.S. and Canada;
- I am the designer of the work shown in the images submitted;
- To my knowledge, this design is original and was executed in my studio, which is in the U.S. or Canada;
- I own this design and take responsibility for any copyright infringement;
- The prototype of the work shown was made by me in my studio. I hereby grant permission to NICHE magazine to use the images presented for
the advertising and promotions of the NICHE Awards competition, NICHE magazine and the Philadelphia Buyers Market of American Craft.
