Displays — PACC Union Jurisdiction and Rules
The
Pennsylvania Convention Center operates under a contract with the
various unions in Philadelphia. This contract grants the unions jurisdiction
over certain tasks performed in the convention center, including booth
structure assembly when tools are required.
